Company History

The YCO yacht management arm was founded as a private company in Monaco in 2003. Over the following two years, the company expanded its services to include sales and charter brokerage and in 2007 opened the specialist YCO Crew division in Antibes, France as a designated yacht crew search and recruitment wing. In May 2008, following a reverse takeover by Deuxmil Marine PLC, the company was admitted to the AIM on London's Stock Exchange as YCO Deuxmil PLC. Following the merger, the services on offer grew to include yacht provisioning and concierge. Since July 2009 the group has traded as YCO Group plc and now operates from offices in Monaco, France, Spain, UK, USA and the Middle East.
